New assistant in Minsk region Alexander Butarev
Alexander Butarev has been appointed Inspector for the Minsk Region. The corresponding personnel decision was made today, on April 5, by the head of state Alexander Lukashenko.
Alexander Butarev was born in the village of Trilesino, Dribinsky District, graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, worked in the Ovsyanka agricultural enterprise, first as a deputy head of a production site, head of a farm, and then as a chief livestock technician.
He also worked in the Shklov and Kruglyansk regions. In 2007-2010, he was the head of agricultural products of the Kruglyansk regional executive committee. Since 2010, he held the position of inspector for the Vitebsk region of the analytical department of the Council of Ministers apparatus.
Since 2012, he was the first deputy chairman of the Gorki regional executive committee, since 2015 - he headed the Kirov regional executive committee, and from July 2019 to the present day, he served as the chairman of the Gorki regional executive committee.

Talking about the tasks ahead, Alexander Butarev drew attention to the fact that, along with the solution of economic issues, the most important are the problems of the residents of the region. “These are housing, roads, industry, transport, and agriculture,” he said, stressing that he intends to pay attention to all areas, BelTA informs.
Alexander Butarev also noted the priority of tasks in the field of personnel policy and economics.
“As the President said, if the personnel work, the region will develop and the economy will also exist. The region is not easy, it is a metropolitan one, ”Butarev noted. - The potential of the capital region is in industry, agriculture. Almost 1.5 million people live in the Minsk region, more than 5 thousand industrial enterprises work. Therefore, the tasks are serious, including taking into account the current events. "
